By accessing or using the m101 platform through the website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and m101 ("Platform").
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. m101 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use m101's services. The platform bears no responsibility for any misrepresentation of age by any user.
Account Registration & Security
- Each user is only permitted to have one active account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- M101 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
- Users are solely responsible for the security of their account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Any suspicious activity must be reported to the m101 support team immediately.
- M101 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account.
Platform Responsibilities & Terms of Use
Users agree to use the m101 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate m101's systems or games.
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's operations in any way.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account access or rights to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or posting unlawful content.
- Fraudulently claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the m101 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits: Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to them. m101 does not accept third-party deposits.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. m101 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time.
- Processing fees: m101 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own charges.
- Unauthorised transactions: Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Mismatch: In the event of a discrepancy in any transaction amount, users must contact m101 support within 7 business days.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

M101 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services at any time. m101 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
M101 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud, game manipulation, or a breach of terms.
- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- Account inactive for a specified period with no transactions recorded.
- A request has been received from a legal authority.
In cases of account closure not involving fraud, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all verification checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the m101 platform are the exclusive property of m101 and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
The m101 platform may contain links to third-party websites. m101 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
M101 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
